Cellectricon sues Fluxion Biosciences for patent infringement

The Swedish biotech company Cellectricon has resumed litigation against Fluxion Biosciences of the US, alleging infringement of its four US patents. It first filed the lawsuit in a district court in California last July. Fluxion said it would defend this lawsuit vigorously.
