US pharmacy chains including CVS Caremark and Rite Aid Corp have joined in on the antitrust litigation against Cephalon, filing a complaint over the pharmaceutical company's alleged conspiracy with generics makers to delay generic competition for the narcolepsy drug Provigil (modafinil).
