US panel backs paediatric use of Seroquel and Zyprexa, but splits on Geodon

The US FDA's outside experts say that two atypical antipsychotics – AstraZeneca's Seroquel (quetiapine fumarate) and Lilly's Zyprexa (olanzapine) – are safe and effective for paediatric use in bipolar mania and schizophrenia.
