GSK ends part of Kissei diabetes alliance

GlaxoSmithKline has decided to discontinue development of remogliflozin etabonate (KGT-1681), a sodium glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitor licensed from Japan's Kissei Pharmaceutical.
