Amgen's EGFR-targeted human monoclonal antibody Vectibix (panitumumab) has delayed disease progression by a median of 1.6 and two months in first and second-line metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), respectively, in two pivotal Phase III trials recently presented at the ECCO-ESMO conference in Berlin.
